1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
If the product causes skin reactions such as redness, irritation, or itching after use, you may request a return or exchange. However, the product should only be tested using a small amount, and the request must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. The date of receipt will be based on information from ARIDENT’s delivery staff or the postal tracking system.
2. WHAT CONDITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The request is made within the specified time frame and follows the correct procedure.
The product matches the order information.
The product was only used in a small amount for testing.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Note: Returns/exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The request exceeds the allowed return/exchange period.
The reason for return is based on subjective opinions or personal preferences.
3. HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us via our hotline or send a return/exchange request to the provided email address. Step 2: After verifying the eligibility, we will notify you via email about the shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable). Step 3: Send the product via the nearest post office or request a pickup (only available in certain inner-city areas of Ho Chi Minh City, according to company policy).
Note for inter-provincial orders: Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage or moisture during transit.
Shipping fees:
If the return/exchange is due to our error: ARIDENT will cover all shipping costs.
If the return/exchange is for personal reasons: The customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees as per the postal service’s rates.
Step 4: ARIDENT will ship the replacement product or issue a refund within 3–7 days after receiving the returned item.
