A. Door-to-door Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City Urban Areas
We provide door-to-door delivery to customers' addresses in the central districts of Ho Chi Minh City, including: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, Tan Binh, and some areas of Districts 2, 6, 7, 8, and Tan Phu.
Note:
Free delivery is available for orders picked up at the ARIDENT office.
Free COD (Cash on Delivery) is applied to the following areas:
Cat Lai and Thanh My Loi Wards (District 2)
Wards 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 (District 6)
Tan My Ward (District 7)
Wards 15, 16 (District 8)
Son Ky Ward (Tan Phu District)
B. Delivery to Suburban HCMC and Other Provinces
For orders outside central HCMC or in other provinces, goods will be delivered via postal services or third-party logistics.
Free shipping is typically applied to wholesale orders.
Suburban HCMC includes: Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Can Gio, Thu Duc, District 9, District 12, Hoc Mon, Cu Chi, Bien Hoa – Dong Nai.

Registered Mail Fees:
Based on weight brackets and distance zones (local, regional, remote).
Fuel surcharge: 15% (subject to change).
Domestic Surface Parcel Fees:
Max 30kg/item; lightweight goods will be charged by volumetric weight.
Fuel surcharge: 0% in HCMC, 15% in other regions.

Regional Zone: 11 Central provinces
Remote Zone: 29 Northern provinces
C. EMS Express Delivery Service
